Fume Blanc is a subtle and elegant alternative to a traditional fruit forward style Sauvignon Blanc. It is an extremely drinkable style of wine which can be matched with a wide variety of foods.

This limited release Sauvignon Blanc has been barrel fermented in four-year-old French oak. It shows subtle hints of spicy oak with elegant notes of melon, white peach and passionfruit and is rounded out with creamy lime tart.
