We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. If you have any special deliveries requests please contact us.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Talisman Wines, we take great care in producing and delivering wines of exceptional quality. We stand behind our wines and our customer service and want every order to arrive in excellent condition.

 

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our winery in the Ferguson Valley. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available). While we work with trusted freight providers, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure someone over 18 years of age is available to receive the delivery where required by law.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue and photographs where possible.

Depending on the circumstance, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A refund
  • A credit towards a future purchase

Where products are damaged in transit, faulty (including spoiled wine), or do not match your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal taste preferences.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
